Clearwater and Gardner Company Announce Plans for New Clearwater Building in Downtown Boise


Leading Software Company Will Anchor Developer’s Newest Boise 
Flagship Project

Clearwater BuildingBOISE, ID – December 9, 2013 — Clearwater Analytics, one of Boise’s premier software companies, and Gardner Company, a leading office, commercial, and industrial developer in the Treasure Valley, have jointly announced plans to build the Clearwater Building, a nine-story office building at the intersection of 8th and Main that will be part of Gardner Company’s new City Center Plaza in downtown Boise. Construction of the 200,000 square-foot building will begin in the fall of 2014 and be tentatively completed in early 2016.

City Center Plaza will integrate Gardner Company’s most recent acquisition, US Bank Plaza, as part of the larger project with office, retail, public service, and education components. Gardner Company’s City Center Plaza will create a vibrant gathering place for Boise’s growing high tech community.
