New Functionality Enhances Client Support in Emerging Canadian Market

BOISE, ID –October 15, 2013 — Clearwater Analytics, a leading global provider of integrated investment accounting and portfolio analytics, is pleased to announce support for Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) credit ratings.

Clearwater is committed to continually enhancing its product offering to meet the growing needs of the clients and markets it serves. As part of that endeavor, and to continue to grow its recent successes in Canada, Clearwater now provides daily access to ratings data from the top Canadian credit rating agency, DBRS.

Canadian investors rely on DBRS for research and rating information in order to support informed investment decision-making. With DBRS rating data now integrated into the Clearwater system, Canadian clients can utilize their ideal rating source to evaluate their portfolio analytics.

DBRS rating data is now available to add to accounting, performance, and risk reports, and can be incorporated into compliance policy rules to identify rating exposure. Additionally, a specialized “Credit Events” report monitors daily rating downgrades and upgrades for the securities in your portfolio.

“DBRS ratings are critical to the everyday investment portfolio accounting and analytics needs of our Canadian clients and we’re pleased to be able to provide this rating source to fulfill their compliance and risk monitoring requirements with Clearwater,” said Scott Erickson, Director of Product Management for Clearwater. “Our number one priority is to help our clients succeed in a constantly evolving investment landscape, and we will continue to add functionality to meet their current and future needs.”
